

Our Story
Growing up, I remember watching my grandmother in her kitchen carefully collect date seeds after every meal. She would clean them, dry them, and eventually roast them into something she called “Qahwat Tamr (Date Coffee)”. To me, it seemed like a strange ritual—why go through so much effort for these discarded seeds?
As a child, I never asked. But the aroma of those roasted seeds and the warmth of her drink stayed with me long after. Years later, curiosity led me to learn more about what my grandmother was doing. What I discovered amazed me. Date seed coffee is not just a tradition; it’s a sustainable and nutritious alternative to regular coffee, packed with antioxidants and naturally free of caffeine. My grandmother’s simple habit was a testament to resourcefulness, health, and a deep connection to nature.

Inspired by her legacy, Our Mission has become to revive this timeless practice, not only to honour the wisdom of past generations but also to share the benefits of date seed coffee with others. By transforming what was once considered waste into something meaningful, we hope to promote sustainability and well-being in every cup.
